In Which I Make a Beginning

This is actually Day 7 of my residence in Switzerland but it is the first day in which I have had internet access.  I will be returning soon to record my experiences in arriving and moving into our apartment.  But I thought I'd begin by offering a sample view from our apartment, which is spectacular in any weather.
